Call of Duty: World at War has been developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. The game was released in November of 2008 for the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, Windows mobile and Windows PC. In the past there have been some rather attractive weekend deals on Steam with prices of games being slashed by as much as 50 percent. Now we hear that Call of Duty: World at War is available, all this weekend, for half price on Steam.
This means that you can get a PC version of the game for as little as 24.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,230), which incidentally falls cheaper than Call of Duty 4. Included with the World War II shooter will be the first downloadable content pack featuring four new maps including the map Verruckt which can be played in 4-player co-op Zombie Bonus Mode. Also, as another bonus, players can earn double the experience points playing multiplayer games over the weekend. The sale only lasts the weekend though and ends with the coming of Monday.
